Pole Fitness

Pole classes at BFF Lexington will sweep you off your feet, literally! You will learn spins, climbing, and tricks, while developing the strength, flexibility and basics necessary to move to the next level. Typically, women spend about 3-6 months in Beginning Spins & Tricks before being approved for Intermediate by the instructor. Intermediate and Advanced level pole classes will help you build functional strength with more difficult spins, combinations, holds, and inversions, always taught with an emphasis on safety, control, and strength. 

Clothing Recommendation: Short shorts and tank top.

Prerequisite prior to enrolling in any pole class: Pole Foundations two class series. If you have taken pole classes before, please email or call the studio to set up a free appointment with us in order to place you in the correct class!
