This week's tutorial shows you how to do an Iron T pose up high on the silk. Of course, when first learning this move be sure you can safely execute it from the ground and make sure you have a strong climb. In order to do the Iron T up high in the air, you must first climb a few times, do an aerial foot lock, then proceed into the pose. The Iron T (also known as the iron cross) is a very epic pose....one of those that is very simple, yet always seems to "wow" the audience. Watch the tutorial, try it out, and keep practicing until you can get your arms horizontal!
