Aerial Yoga - Aerial Yoga allows you to stretch deeply and challenge your body in new ways utilizing an aerial yoga hammock along with traditional yoga poses that strengthen and elongate the muscles. Some aerial yoga classes focus on deep breathing, finding balance (physically and mentally) while others are geared more toward a strenuous flow. All of our Aerial Yoga instructors are certified yoga instructors. we recommend trying out each instructor as their styles vary. no prior yoga or aerial experience is required to take aerial yoga!
